PDF User Manual - Passat?

Anyone knows where I can get/download a PDF version of the current Passat's owner manual? I did a search on the web & most will charge for this.

You'll never find one. I couldn't even get a proper one for my MkIII. Happy to be proven wrong though.

Whoops! I assumed it was a Workshop Manual you were after. I retract my last comment - it may be easier to get an owners manual but as apom says it might have to be a scan from someone.

The manual is around 50mm thick. Would be a toss up as to whether the scanning was finished or your car arrived first.

Which part of the owner's manual are you after? It's made up of about 8 separate books.

If all else fails, you can order them through VW spare parts.

I'm not sure what the 8 different books are.
If there is a 'core functionality' book that talks about MFD, seat adjustment/programming, instrument layout, that kind of thing - that would be cool. Is there an R36 specific appendix? I did find a PDF manual for the RCD510 on a different forum so that'll keep me busy for a while!
