Thanks for the comments on the Mondeo. I don't know if you were all refering to the NEW model that has just been released.

I am considering upgrading to a Passat 125kw TDI from my 103kw. Those of you with the 125kw, what are your opinons?

Have they fixed that initial turbo lag from start-especially in traffic?

What about the leather seats-I have read here that the newr leather seems thinner. I have leather on my 07 and it seems great.

How do the cloth seats compare?

How does the 125 go on the highway etc re overtaking-can you notice it?

Any mechanical changes etc?

i have a 125 sedan, it is a little slow to get going, say from idle to about 1500rpm, but then its off. overtaking on the highway is effortless. i also have leather and i think its nicer than previous model with the perforated type. i havent driven the passat with the 103, but thought the 103 jetta went ok, and i think they are similar weights. but if you can afford the 125, buy it. DSG is awesome
