  • Alloy Wheel Repair for R36

    Hi Folks,

I have a R36 alloy wheel which I would like to get repaired, the wheel has been gutter scraped, only minor nothing too deep but enough to really bug me....

Can anyone recommend a good repairer in Melbourne, anything I need to be weary of?

Assume the tyre has to come off the rim?

    Thanks,
    Andrew...

Advanced Alloy repairs in Moorabin will do a great job, ...but can be quite exxy.

Another guy i've heard good reports out of (cost and quality) is colorurmags.com

Let us know how you go!

Just as a guide, I got the TouchUp Guys here in Bris to do one for me recently, tyre on, charged me $75. Looks brilliant.

I got the guy from colorurmags to paint and polish a set of mags and did a great job at half the price of Advanced Alloys.
