Owners Manual - No R36 details?

Hi, have been looking through my R36 owners manual and notice that there are no details for the R36 in particular, it is all for the normal passat, no details re the adjustable side bolsters on the seats etc. is this normal? or do I have the wrong manual in my car?

Have a look in Booklet 3.1 page 96 (Sport Seat High Performance) and 97 (Controls for electrical and pneumatic seat adjustment).

Front cover of booklet should have "3.1 Controls and Equipment, Passat Estate including BlueMotion, BlueTDI, EcoFuel, R36".

thanks, I will have a look, am I just really blind or is there also no engine spec for the R36? it seems to just go up to the 3.2 V6

look for the 220kw engine - that's our donk.

Again, try look in booklet 3.5 Technical Data as reverseworm mentioned 220kw specifications.

I suspect I have found the problem, my book 3.1 lists controls and equipment for Passat and Passat Bluemotion, that's it, no mention of BlueTDI or R36.

probably why the 220KW motors are not listed in book 3.5 either.....it has just the same two models listed as well. Me thinks I should be asking for the correct manuals???

oh, and thanks for your replies guys, I will take it up with my dealer when they fix the loose tail light from when they fitted the towbar..... shoddy.
