Haldex Upgrade on R36

Further information
Looking at the instruction manual paperwork that came with the Haldex kit, it shows a graph drawing of the torque output at the rear axle when the engine is at 80% of max. torque. The graph is a fairly crude example so the figures are approximate only.
The standard setting shows about 550Nm at the rear axle.
The Sport setting shows about 1100Nm at the rear axle
The Racing or Track setting shows about 1,200Nm at the rear axle.
So, as you can see, there is a fair increase from Standard to Sport, but only a marginal increase above Sport to Racing.
The other thing that can be done which I didn't mention before is that you can get a 3 position switch that will allow you to switch between the different modes.
The instruction manual also states the following about each mode:
Standard: Standard mode is similar to the original setting in the standard vehicle. This mode is recommended to be used during normal driving.
Sport: Sport mode will make the handling more fun and sportier with increased torque to the rear axle during accelerations
Race: Racing mode will increase torque transfer to the rear axle even more during acceleration and also react faster depending on how fast the driver pushes the throttle.
