how does the W8 Passat go? Had any of those oil pressure(?) problems that I've heard about with the W8 engine?

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

W8 isn't that fast off the mark. It's very heavy and very long geared - but it'll keep pulling and pulling to silly speeds. It's designed for the Autobahn. That and the engine note is priceless!
Not had any oil pressure problems, cam adjuster issues etc *touch wood* but I do maintain 5000 mile regular oil changes - which I gather from other W8 owners tends to keep them happy. The second the oil isn't like golden hunny the adjusters get charred up and play stupid.Robert Bentley

I believe him. A little coincidental that he's getting the EXACT wheels from a guy who's car is in a random online photo. But plausable. Personally, I can't wait to see pictures with more angles etc. I still don't think they're a great wheel - but it will certainly be a unique look and will have the added bonus of dropping a lot of excess weight from the car.Comment

wow friendly forum... What is wrong with you people... Why would I come on here and lie about a set of wheels I actually purchased... They did arrive today they are genuine lambo wheels and they will go on the car once it arrives.
