Not happy Jan
Have been offline since Tuesday 19th as someones email gave me a nasty virus which ended up destroying my hard drive.
To top it off, the next day a di*khe*d Honda driver without ABS slammed into my rear with his brakes locked when I was stopped at the lights shoving me into the car in front.
His insurer has accepted full liability but it will still be a month before my preferred repairer can start subject to parts arriving by then.
No exterior metal body panels touched but about 99% of plastic front and rear needs replacing plus metal work behind rear bumper (beaver panel). My megabuck towbar is history as it appears to have absorbed most of the hit and my exhaust system is now 50cm shorter due concertina of bends from mid body back.
Pleased with German engineering as boot and doors unmarked and opened flawlessly. Pity about his rice cr*p, front reduced by 50% of original length and couldn't open his front doors.
At least I can still drive it and can't see the damage from inside, but I know it's there as occassionally the shortened exhaust knocks on the body.
