Hey, great looking car, yes you did the right thing......How cool is the wagon!!!! I have just restored a wagon in Perth, and it is now on the road and we love it! . And really, every one has a Beetle, how many wagons are out there???
The white one is a pretty clean old girl. Really couldn't say no to it.
Not sure on the plans for it yet, get it on the road first then maybe some wheels and an altitude adjustment.
It's in amazing condition, I spent the day working on it (getting it ready for club reg)
There was a few niggling problems (lights/lenses/choke/gay pinstriping) and the drivers window and reg were completely stuffed so got that sorted.
I've also got some really nice early bars and a nice sport wheel for it.
I'm heading back out there after tea, I'll get some more pics then.
