I just had my head unit trim silver in colour fall off on me its the one that has the hazards button.

Anyone know the part number or where i can get one from ?

I don't have part number, but Home | Landmark Auto All Spares | Fairfield | 02 9632 5225 have a 2009 Passat CC that is being dismantled. They might have that part, and they ship Australia wide.
You can also look in eBay.
