Hi,
So taking a pragmatic view of the changes to FBT I am looking at keeping my 2010 CC Tdi. By the time it exits (March-14) I will be at the 107,000Km mark with a change over of $21K.
I've been religious at servicing the wee beasty and have only had the bluetooth system and the cracked boot plastic replaced under warranty. Recently the battery died and the drivers mirror shorted with a $900 bill prompting me to think this through.
My question is, at that mileage is there anything I should be watching out for to get serviced beforehand? And any known issues that are common in the 100-180K bracket. From my reading in the forums its also sounding prudent to check out the non dealer mechanics. I've really enjoyed this car so thinking with some tlc I can keep it for a few more years.
Cheers
