Oh that's right a Candy White CC, no further correspondance will be entered into.
Sounds like a new car will be parked in your drive way soon enough. I've had my CC now for almost a year and a half and you should be one happy chappy. Incidentally, I had a look at the new Passat sedan the other day (in the flesh). It is a lot closer in spec to the CC now, but I still think the CC looks far classier.
sigpicMY10 Passat CC V6 - RNS510, GPS, RVC, self park, dynaudio, cooling seats!
It's getting closer now, my car was unloaded from the boat yesterday. I imagine it's now sitting on the docks in Melbourne.
I'll be in Melbourne on Sunday, anyone know here I might be able to peer through the fence and spot my new ride ?
I've asked the dealer (today) for an update on the delivery date, given the car is now on the docks. I'm yet to get a reply from them, last I heard they are targeting 17 June.

Sat Nav, Reversing Camera, Adaptive Cruise, Walnut & Lighting Pack
Going for a drive this afternoon, so will report more detail later. However first impressions are it's fantastic.
Three things I really like being a MY11.5;
Auto Gear Shift is not the T-Bar look.
The analog clock on the centre of the dash, very classy.
The Handbrake button has been moved from the dash down to the centre console. Lift the swtich to engage it, press the switch to dis-engage.
Cheers
Paul

Well I'm back from a drive through the Adelaide Hills
The adpative chasis control is very noticeable, comfort is great for the long and straight bits, sport is whole lot better in the twisty bits.
The car hugs the road beautifully with more than enough traction. That said I had to restrain myself with the car being less than 48 hours old, after a few weeks I'll be more willing to give her a bit more stick. The brakes are strong, but don't bite as hard as the MkV R32 I had.
The interior is first class, very pleasant to look at and use, I'm really glad of my choices. The factory stereo has also impressed me, with pretty good sound quality that fills the whole cabin. I'm loving having the hard disk to store MP3's, and it's capacity will be more than I ever need.
The driving position is very good and steering feel is fantastic, not to mention the steering wheel itself which is lovelly to touch.
Can't wait til I have a few more k's on the clock so that I can really enjoy her.
Cheers
Paul

I was quoted 6 months delivery on my new CC, but that quickly changed when I told them I was going to cancel my order and go elsewhere, after a flurry of typing they found an almost identical car on the ship!!
It had a sun roof fitted though, so after even more hagling (arguing) the dealer eventually threw this in at no cost to keep the sale..
