Costings for repairs potential new purchase

I have found a nice cc 2011 3.6 I like however the racq inspection has found a few things.

Needs new front rotors
Slight oil leak around lower rear engine area and again around rocker cover. Oil is also dirty. Car has 70k with full vw service history last oil change 7k ago late 2018

Rear windscreen cover / liner cracked (common issue I believe)

19 lugano wheels have kerb rash

Dsg and timers good along with almost everything else. What sort of cost am I looking at to rectify and anyone got experience with the oil leaks

Oil gets dark in a few kms, so I wouldn't be concerned about that.

A shop would want to inspect those other jobs before quoting. A quote for the brakes should be possible without seeing the car.
