Hi Guys,
After a quick search on this forum, I noticed there was no topic for the almost, like clockwork, failure of the speaker in the instrument cluster of the T1's?
It often dies all together OR it just sounds distorted and fuzzy?
VW just want to replace the whole instrument cluster at a cost of $$thousands, but I did my T1, and a $5 part from Germany and 2 hours it's done.
I captured it all on video, step by step - but not edited or tidied up, if there was enough interest in this post, i'd be happy to spend some time writing up this DIY - it's such an easy fix !!
