Its a 2007 Model Year WVGZZZ7LZ7D066821, there should be a sticker with production codes where the spare tyre sits in the wheel well.
This sticker usually has the kW output mentioned on it, otherwise an engine number may help in determining what output the Touareg has.
The Touaregs from I think week 46 in 2007 were 176kW. We have missed on the updated sw only by 2 weeks.
You will find that sticker also in the service booklet in the owner's manual.
In the normal city driving, you won't notice any difference at all. In the matter of fact, even with 30kW more and extra 70Nm torque (after the tuning) there is not much you would've noticed while driving in the city. It's in the open where you would feel the extra power (it helps when towing), the fuel economy is much improved as well, mainly in the city, customers report 2L/100km better.
So yeah, these Touaregs V6TDI from 11/2007 (176kW) engine, gained not just a few more kW but also are using 1L/100km less (approx.) fuel as well, when compared to 165kW engine.
