Sorry, I wouldn't know what is normal as I have only bought one set and they took about 16 days. I'm not even sure if we bought off the same seller, so that would have to be considered too. I vaguely recall a 45 day limit on the submission of a claim with either eBay or PayPal, but that might have changed since.
