Oh snap. Just ordered one after seeing this.
Hope I can slip some lights behind it. Shouldn't need extra air in Canberra(not winter anyway).
Can wheels be painted in the same colour as the body(black). What would I expect a panel beater to paint wheels and this new grill? Will full dechrome the whole thing then. CIA style.
That looks pretty good! Couple more photo's please! Including square-on.
wonder if i can mod my stock grille...
Okay, I will tomorrow. The matt(undercoat)black actually matches the matt black trim. Car looks devalued compared to the classier chrome grill, but that's all the chrome that was on it and I don't mind the duller look. Makes my wheels look dud but. Might one day paint them the same matt black.
Was pretty easy to fit, but lacked little female slots for side panels and doesn't fit up that great, but good enough, don't think anyone would notice. Also lacked the under bonnet vents the stock grill had. I could drill holes to rectify that though. Not sure why they're there but I probably will drill some. Gues it creates air flow to let heat escape and cold air in maybe.
