My 132TSi Manual 2013 Tiguan park assist and TCS switches does not seem to work. Has anyone encountered such issues?

The only time I ever had a park assist issue was when my steering rack was replaced and the techs messed up the coding, even then it would still come "on" but would immediately say it was "finished". Is it just the switch lights or the actual park assist that's not working ?
