some a/c vents not working - help

Hi everyone
had not driven my tig for a while, and when taking it for a spin yesterday i noticed that one of the twin vents facing the driver is not blowing any air, rotary switch made no difference. Tried all setting on A/C, no luck.

any ideas or previous experience out there?

can you see down the vent with a torch to see if its actually open? VDUB....

Is this the side vent or one of the center ones?

When I pulled my head unit out I did jam the mechanism on one of the vents when I put it back in.

If it's a centre vent it may be worth pulling the trim off to check.
