Tiguan wheel arch flares for facelift + Park Assist?

The other thread goes for quite a few pages, but doesn't cover what I need.

Has anyone done a facelift with flares & park assist that can help?

The Genuine number is 5N0 071 680C 041 - and I can only find a few references to it world wide. VW Australia don't have it on file (no price or availability), but the number is good.
