Mirror Dipping in Tiguan - Confirmed

Hi mate,
no biggie - just thought it would be handy. Could make sense that it has to have sunroof because when I went in to diagnostics it came up with "Identifying Available Functions" first time around, so presumably not an option on mine?! Is there a special procedure I might be missing for turning the screen display off too? Turn it off using menu, but then it's back again whenever I re-start the car

I've been able to replicate both these issues in my Tig so I've raised this as an issue on the auto-polar forum

I have also noticed looking at version info that even though it is latest version, it has "rd" suffix for "Red Dot", rather than "wd" for "Wite Dot" (which I have). Thought I'd selected the right one when downloading, but will keep an eye on the forum and check it again once I've downloaded the next update.

Auto rain closing of windows should work without a sunroof installed. It only requires the sensor on the windscreen. I managed to activate it with no issues via VCDS. Maybe it did not pick up the sub module in the main BCM module 9 when you did the initial diagnostics scan?

Just to let you know there's currently an issue with auto-polar auto-closing - they're aware of the issue and it will (hopefully) get fixed in next firmware release.
