Peferably the same like the one in the picture. PM me.

Have you checked partsonline.com.au? There are a few Tiguans there with San Francisco wheels.

I have modded my 2012 Tiguan to take a full sized spare, removed all the original stuff to a bare boot space, cut up some 10mm thick Clark Rubber mat for sound deadening and used the original bolt attach hole to hold down the full size spare through one of the wheel stud points.
Fits well and enough room for the Esky beside the wheel. Cut a piece of 3 ply to go inside the rim ledge and put a wheel cover over that. Spare tool kit and 1 ltr of oil fit inside the rim under the cover. Plenty of room for gear on several day trips. Still trying to post some photos of setup. Alan.

Ah! some success, apologies if they are too large, next learning curve and thanks to tigger73 for help.

Thanks towbar that's what I was looking for - a few ideas on how people have stored their full-size spare and used the available space to make their boot work.

I have to say that even storing rims/wheels in the shed is a bit of a hassle. Not an easy shape to fit and a lot of "wasted" space around the place.

Good idea to move the wheel over to one side and free up some deeper storage on the other side. Plus using the existing fixing point - genius!

I feel some plywood and carpet may be making it's way into the boot of my car sometime soon...

Anyone still interested in a full sized spare? Have decided to move my stock 16" Bostons on & will sell them for $100 ea or $350 for 4...

Original rubber is still good at around 80%, these did about 18000k's. 3 are in good nick & one has a scrape around the spokes where a careless tyre shop repaired a puncture... If these sell singularly, i will keep the scraped one myself as a full sized spare.
