Finally completed full interior bulb upgrade!
    Opinions welcome

Mate, that looks fantastic. I'm assuming it's not a case of pull out factory globes and insert an LED in its place? From what I've read, people tend to get warning notifications when they replace lights with LED's. Nonetheless, it looks great.

Nice job! Looks heaps brighter than "standard".

Do you mind sharing with us where you sourced your parts and if you got fault warning when changing over to LEDs as others have experienced some issues?

You'll find that interior lights dont give you the bulb error warning, but i have heard it does give an error if you scan your car. At the end of the day its just a warning that i'm quite happy to overlook.

To the op, lights look great! What globes did you use for the rear dome light? I've gotten mine on order from ebay but i am abit worried about them being a diff shade to my rdash lights.

Which LED did you use for the boot as it looks quite bright. Also what size for the vanity lights?

Hi, yes, in fact it is quite a simple swap job. As far as my vehicle goes (and I assume all other 2010 model Tiguans) OBC errors only occur on the vehicles exterior lighting.

All the interior bulbs do not throw up OBC errors as they are not monitored.

Hi Naresh! The boot LED unit can be purchased from the following supplier. It is very bright and extremely useful.

Hi, the light is quite bright but that is because I had the vanity LED units on when I took the photo (see photo 4 above). Without the vanity lights on, light output is perfect (see photo 1 above).
Cost was reasonable... I will post a separate response to this in due course (with suppliers of the LED units)
