I hear you guys, I'm quite busy at the moment, but didn't forgot on you. As I mentioned earlier the Provent is fitted between the engine and the battery, it's bolted to the bracket that attaches to the engine. The bracket is adjustable, it allows positioning the Provent, so it doesn't touch any other hoses or components there. The first bracket I made was fabricated from 25x2.5 flat steel and eccentric washer like insert, but I wanted the bracket to be kind of universal (at least for all 4cylinder TDI's), so I made it in lathe from the marine grade aluminium.
The flat steel bracket with provent fitted in the place.
There is no need to drill any holes or relocate anything in the engine bay, after adjusting the bracket with the Provent, tighten up the bolts on the joints. You could even use the epoxy in the bracket’s moveable joints to be sure it doesn't change the position (highly recomended).
Now, you only need to figure out the hoses. Anyone with the Tiguan TDI can get the hoses from me, they aren’t cheap, but are easy to fit and will not come off (if fitted correctly).
I will post the installation instructions with pictures once I get the hoses I'm waiting for.

I'm looking forward to it mate! I'm a total tech idiot when it comes to fitting things like these. So don't feel that u're gonna offend me by including instructions that might sound like u might be belittling my knowledge because I assure u, I'm clueless!!! Lol!! The more detailed the better! (if u can afford time, that is!) but whatever the case is, thank u for taking the time to educate!!
I hope to install the provent on the weekend and will make step by step instructions, that almost anybody can follow. Will not do youtube video because I didn't have the need to have the youtube account yet, but can make a short video and post it with the bracket, if you like.
I know guys, you're just reminding me.
But, the original hose which I've ordered, so I don't have to brake one that is on engine is coming from os. I have alternative, cheaper solution and will most likely fit the provent and plumb it in the next 2 days, using the hoses from my stock.
The Provent200 test fitted to 2012 Tiguan TDI, it also fits to 2010 and previous TDI Tiguans, as I have tried it in both our Tigs.
The hose is oil resistant and for the temperatures up to 120deg.Celsius, so it should be all good. I've fitted the same hose to the Provent200 in my T5 a months or so ago and it's so far so good.
That much of oil has accumulated in the pcv hose in just less than 8,000km and 15months of daily short trips;
Miro, it's been a long time mate. I still have my ProVent sitting in the box unused, but I've now racked up over 130,000km's so wonder if it's still worth fitting. How is your installation holding up? Are you still making up the mounting brackets, or do you happen to have a spare one sitting at home? DO you have measurements for the hoses and suggestions on where to get it? Thanks mate.
