Fuse box picture

Hi members, i was wondering if someone could either post a picture or send me a picture of the fuse box behind coin box?

I had a fuse blown the other day, so i called VW roadside assist and they sent me RACV. He replaced a fuse and since that day car has had fault in catalytic converter light up (red).

Today went to switch on and this was no longer a problem, now it's engine coolant flashing red?

Since RACV came to look at the car i've had problems everyday.

Did a scan and had heaps of faults. I think he might have put some fuses in the wrong place.
