Another quick round of unlock/lock on the remote will de-activate the coming home function on the older model cars.

Would have to agree that the present system is hardly intuitive.

But so are many things about the Tig, like the spring loaded bonnet which automatic lifts up, after you prod it up with a metal rod.

I suppose I'd rather somewhat unintuitive features than no features to begin with.
