Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

The new forum software is an upgraded version of what came before, it's mostly the same but also a little different. Hopefully easier to use and more stable than before. We are learning together here, so please be patient. If you have questions, please post them here. If you have worked something out and can provide an answer,

I've installed front foglight for my tiguan. But it doesn't work. Why?
Front Foglight option can be enabled in 09 BCM model. Dam, output T52a/25 and T52c/25 for fog lights are blank!!!!!
    How poor my tiguan is.

BCM should be upgraded to which support fog lights.

I installed front fogs on mine and simply wired them direct from the battery switched via a relay from the rear fog circuit. My switch gear didn't have the two position foglight switch so this was the simplest and cheapest way.

    Cheers

As long as the information is useful (thanks NZTiguan) there is no problem to discuss the fog lights. But, I also encourage everybody to stay calm.

            Sorry, Derek...
I just think if all related questions about a topic were to be found in one (or 2) threads, it would be infinitely easier to search & find info. I don't think it necessary to start a new thread with each new question...

main switch has been already changed to which support foglight. And the signal of foglight on instruments display correct.
Why I want to install original foglight, foglight can be set to Conner Light when you turn left or right.

gotcha, sorry, it's the end of the week (and minus 2º outside) and the brain power's down a bit here !!

Ah, well that all makes sense then. Guess you'll have to go the "extra mile" and replace the other bits that don't work for you. Sorry.

                  Cheers
