Things to check when receiving a used Tiguan

Hi Guys

Im receiving my used Tiguan on the weekend, it has most factory options inc tow bar and sat nav.

Was wondering if there was anything I should check when taking delivery ie how many keys do u usually get with the car? RNS510 codes? any other parts that should be mentioned?
