MDI and iPhone 4 - not working

Thanks for clarifying Jad. Will be investing in a cable before the car arrives.

Jad, seems as though you have a genuine cable. I have experienced problems with docking my iPhone 4 before. And believe it or not the solution was giving the dock conector on the phone a thorough clean.

Well the cable is as original as anything bought off of eBay.. I posted the link to the fellow I bought it off earlier in the thread. Much much cheaper than forking out $85 to the dealership.

Good tip on the iPhone, I'll check the connector for dust bunnies...
