Removing Tiguan Rear Roof Spoiler

Hi,

Does anyone know how to remove the rear roof spoiler on a Tiguan?
I haven't tried yet but was first seeing if anyone else may know how before I damage anything! Reason is to attach an aftermarket spoiler to the original one then I can put both back on together.
