APR'd Tig vs Stock Golf R

Can any owners of an APR'd Tig confirm whether it is faster than a stock R? looking at the numbers, they seem to have higher torque than a stock R.

No it's not faster.

Look at the 1/4 mile thread where an APR Tig trapped 92mph. Stock Golf R will trap around 100mph.

The Tig is quick in 1st and 2nd but after that it peters out vs other cars.

Would pip a stock GTI, just.
