Hi all! I purchased my Tiguan late last year and think its the best car I have had yet! I have tried to improve it by making it look more stylish, let me know what you think!
Hi mate, I never know when to stop with the chrome. The ride is surprisingly good considering the stiffened sport suspension. The low profile tyres are definitely the way to go!
If it was me, I would blacken the front grill inc. VW logo for the chrome you've added under the grill to stand out. Maybe it's just the no. plate that disturbers that. But the main thing is that, you like the look and you're happy with it. I like the chrome mirror caps.
Cheers mate. I have just bought a new set of number plates from demonplates which are totally plain. The lettering is glossy black gel which will hopefully make the front end look good. Its in this style: http://www.demonplates.com/img/sn-lg-domed-text.jpg
Prob would look good with the grill I have installed but I'm a sucker for chrome as you can see from my pics. I looked at the album and it seems that 'Team_v's Tig' has also installed the black hella headlights and tail lights. The only problem I see with this is the astronomical cost! I would love to if I could tho.
The wheels are fantastic, I like the gunmetal colour. When ordering the tiguan I wanted the savannah wheel in the two tone anthracite finish but the showroom said they were not available! Its a shame but the brilliant silver ones look cool too.
Hi mate, I purchased the fog light bezels from ebay and fitted them myself using automotive glue.
I really wanted the wheel arch extensions because they make the car look much sportier and butch. I didn't have to pay for the wheel extensions as they had to be fitted for the wheels to be legal in the UK.
So all in all, a good job!
