After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

There was another towbar mentioned on this forum for around ~$800. Hayman Reese I think... someone will come back with it.

The main thing is to get the correct "wiring" so it really fits in with the Tig's brain !! That way you get anti-sway, park sensor mute, alarm activation etc etc, all things that the Tig has that are extras over the "competition". I can't see for the life of me why people would fight to save a few hundred dollars when they've paid the "price" for a Tig in the first place. Ships and "hapeths" of tar come to mind !!

In this wireless age, why is it that we still need these cumbersome harnesses & connectors that break, get in the way, have varying different connecting sockets & are usually a PITA!!!

Got a call from Tyrepower today to say the towbar kit has arrived...
will go and have a look and take some pictures, anybody have any ideas what particularly to look out for?
