Voice activated Bluetooth in Oz

Does anyone have this in their Tig yet, I've ordered this system with mine but once again the dealer is confused about what system it is.

I've seen the system demonstrated on Ask Vw Sales Guy and that site also lists the VW code and details of which 2010 models have provision for it.

Yes, I have it and it works well. Control is through the steering wheel and the mic is near the rear-view mirror.

Sometimes my wifes BlackBerry doesn't automatically connect, but that may be the phone settings.

Was your bluetooth factory fitted or at the dealership. My dealer says that it's not available through them & now I'm looking for a dealer that fits it in Sydney.
