new wheels

Hi all,
I want to put some better looking wheels on my tig, (currently have the standard 2010 16" with pirelli tyres).
Have found some great looking black wheels (my tig is also black) that have the same look as the golf GTI wheels. ADVANTI CONCEPT. 18" or 19"
Not sure how to include a pic in this thread yet. Will do so when I work it out. Would love feedback from you all.
I do not do much serious offroad work, hence this is mainly for looks on-road.

I looked into the Advanti concept's.
They would look freaking awesome on the Tig in black as they have a black face.
Definitely have the look of the detroit's.

I reckon you should go with them if they are priced well enough.

I reckon they'll look quite nice. I considered getting black rims too, but then with doing offroading, I thought sticking with the higher sidewalled 16" rims I have and spending the money on some AT tyres when the time comes is probably a smarter move.

If you do put black wheels on your car, please put your pic up. I was thinking of getting black rims on my black tig (diesel) - I love the look of them, but dont know what they would look like on the tig. I too have the standard 16" with pirellis.

those two would be the best options... both a great looking wheel!!!

but remember folks, if you get wheels, you have to get the stance to match, OTHERWISE it just looks plain stoooopid

Well I thought it may offset my cost of the new ones a little.

Very nice choice of wheels, will keep the GTI feel.

There is some that i have heard of but they are either side on and really small or they don't have a large selection of wheels.
Tirerack has a good one with a massive selection of wheels

Otherwise, just shoot me a pm with the wheels and a picture of the tiguan you are after and i will photoshop them on.
Just make sure they are on similar angles of it can go all screwy and look weird.

I'm really hoping these do make the tig look more GTI like. Next step is the lower springs too I think...!

Well, I know that it will out run a GTI when it gets the APR chip done. Cant wait to try it out against my mate with a new MK6 GTI!!!

To load pictures use an imagehosting site.
I use imagehost.org or imageshack.us

Upload your pictures to those website and then post the hyperlink that ends in .jpg between image tags [img] xxxx [/img]
