WOW!!! Sports mode!

Have had the Tig just over a month and have only done the usual driving - to the shops and home and a few local outings etc.. Last Sunday we went to Brooklyn for lunch. Went up the old Pacific Highway and home through Galston Gorge. In "S" mode it goes like a rocket and didn't handle too bad either. Fantastic!!!

I went for a test-drive and the sales guy said "pop her into sports mode and floor it to see how different the response is".
Note that i did drive the 125TSI so the difference in teh 147 would assumably be even more noticable.

You can definitely notice the difference, revs another 1-1.5k rpm before changing gears and will drop 2 gears if need be to accelerate hard all the way till you take your foot off the floor.

Nice addition to the auto but will definitely push the fuel consumption figures up.
Still good for a bit of spirited driving.
