Xenon + windscreen water jets

When i want to clean the windscreen on the tig the xenon washers also activate spraying a soapy solution all over the bonnet.

Is there a way to only spray water onto the windscreen and not the head lights?

I have no idea as I don't have them but have you tried adjusting the head-light washers so they don't go everywhere ?

They only pop out when i holding down the washer button then go back into the front bar

You cannot adjust headlight washer...
Its part of you windscreen washer system..i.e. every 5th time you wash your windscreen the headlight washer comes on too..
Its in the manual...
