Ahh well... I don't mind repeating myself. My Tigga arrived in Melbourne on the 21st and I was told it could be "several weeks" before delivery. Apparently October was "very slow" compared to other months.Comment

Depends if quarantine/customs finds any drugs or seeds or vermin or insects in any of the cars from the ship.
If yes, all cars on the shipment have to be fumigated, etc, etc and this can involve long delays which VW can not influence in any way.sigpic
