How long do you think before I get it here in Adelaide?

Up to 3 weeks generally for compliance and dealer delivery but it can be as quick as 1 week.

I would bank more on 3 since it would have to be delivered to Adelaide.

My tig is on that same ship..i just hope delivery is one week and not the three..due to me being in melbourne.. whould really love to have the car for the cup weekend..

if it's any help, mine was delivered in 8 days - it landed in Port Kembla and was then shipped up to QLD - I was very impressed! My dealer was fantastic every step of the way (and still is much to my surprise and delight!).

Unbelievable. Mine landed in Port Kembla, with the dealer being literally only about 2km up the road from the Port and it took 3 weeks. Hopefully you wont have to wait too long but at least be happy in the knowledge that it is worth the wait.

My tig is also on the Glorious leader and called the dealer today and indicated 2 weeks for compliance and 2-3 days to get it ready. Also, is Melbourne cup day so this may complicate things a little. They will either get them out of the docks quicker in time for the cup or after that. Will wait and see.

I guess the same as I can order bike parts from the US and get them (consistently) in my hand in 7-8 days. I order something form Melbourne or Sydney and it takes 7-10 days!!!

Melbourne Cup, a nation addicted to gambling that we actually teach in our schools. They actually have primary school students involved in one form or another. Teach'm young I'd say and then spend millions in gambling addiction programs. Then again it's just a horse race... right?

If it is on this boat then I cant see why your dealer could not give you your VIN. You should have had this since late Aug. You need to have a go at your dealer.
