There's a few places on Evilbay selling those pillars John, unfortunately no one sells aftermarket chrome window surrounds, none that i've found anyway

That gear knob is a bit fully hektik LOL, although the mounted gauges look awesome in that example shot

having a white Tig, I prefer the black window surrounds and love the high gloss black pillars so won't be changing mine,.... but got to get one of those gear knobs

Don't know, but it comes with a wiring kit and says it's plug and play for VW, no cutting or splicing. Must connect to the other illuminated switches in the console.

I love my chrome window surrounds!
I think it really sets the car off very nicely!

Not sure if the pillars though would make it "too much"?

I think the chrome pillars would be a bit over the top IMO.

Almost didn't get out... they had to de-ice the plane twice?!?!

Great to be home, to my dog and my Tiguan!

Hi, i got my chrome pillar posts from 'ADAMESH 4X4' and they look fantastic!
Here are a couple of pics.

Is yours an R Line? or did you just badge it up ....I thought only I was that silly! Hah ha

Nope, I have the sport. However, as I added the 19inch rims and legally required wheel arch extenders it looks just as sporty as the R-line. Another thing, the R-line engine is exactly the same as what I have in my Sport -a 2L TSI therefore, performance would be exactly the same. I don't understand why someone would pay the extra £2500/£3000 for a bit of paint which covers the rigid plastic!
As I can see, you are one of the sensible ones.
