I paid 32K driveaway today. Picked up the last black 118TSI Auto left. I wanted a GTI but was not willing to wait 5-6 months for one as the car will be a company car. Overall I am very happy given the RRP is like 37,500 for the car. Got car mats down $190. Love the car and can't wait to sort out finance so that I can drive it away.

I looked at the spreadsheet provided from your website and just wanted to thank this website for providing me with the all the research i need prior to purchase.

I picked up the car from Nundah Volkswagen.

Just saw the Austral advert today.
33k driveaway for the base model 125TSI.
Too bad they don't have any in stock and they all come loaded up with options so you still end up paying over 40k for it.

Sounds about right.

Base 125 is 33,990 drive away now.
With the options it sounds like you paid the regular price (minus the on road costs of course)

yeah was 43800 plus mats plus all the on roads etc... so I was happy with 41000 drive away

I wouldn't have done a deal for anything more than 40k, but that is just my opinion.
10% off should be easily achieveable.

Still 41,000 is close to that mark.

Is it in stock currently or do you have to wait?

yeah I was pretty happy to find it.. they had to get it from interstate.... now I just have to sell my Mini to get some cash so I can start modding it.. I would have got it last weekend but its been in the panel shop all week getting all the lower panels smoothed and colour coded .. ill put pics up on Sunday when I get it

Oh nice, would be interesting to see how the colour coding goes.
I know of a few tig's in the states/germany that are coded.
The R-line comes coded from the factory and it looks alright.
