    '1' is logical if you think about the '1/2' in the middle of the gauge *lol ... then they should had added a '0' at tank empty to make the logic complete

      This might sound like a dumb question, but is there also a way to be able to view the odometer of the vehicle? i always reset the trip computer every time i fill up, but i would like to see how much I've traveled in total at any time

          Yeah, this has been a standard VW thing for a while. Really annoying, especially when there's such a large active info display that could show the odometer elsewhere.
