Quality Control?

Hello everyone, this question might sound abit silly, but bare with me as im still new so no hate please

So the question is, do all new Volkswagen cars that are produced in their factories all need to go through quality control before it hits the street? Like checking all the components work or checking if the electric panoramic roof works and engine. And checking if everything performes good.

Yes, at the production plant where it's built, and again at the dealership prior to purchase.
