I have tried the DLA mod so many times I have lost count. Followed it to the T this time and still didn't work out. Give me a few more months to get over the disappointment and I'll give it another go lol.
I've got the MY2018 162TSI R-line so should theoretically work.
Worked 2nd try for me
Make sure you get outo f car and look where it says to do that as if lights dont move something is wrong with prev settings
I have added TRAFFIC SIGN RECOGNITION to the list as well as I forgot about that
1st It is rear TAILLIGHTS On all the time NOT BRAKELIGHTS There is an app on Auto Instruct for that and its called
Scandinavian DRL's
Second one Credit PHONEBOOTH not PHOTOBOOTH for DLA and it does work so you must have done something wrong, follow it EXACTLY
You need mid model headlights
Cheers, updated.

Unfortunately my Lenovo Tab 3 tablet doesn't seem to allow me to install the app. Tried installing from the Google Play store or downloading the same app version off a website online.
I've reset the device to factory and tried again but no cigar.
The OBDeleven tech support from Voltas have deduced it is my tablet. Unfortunately I do not have any other android tablets to try and am reluctant to buy another one to troubleshoot.
An update. Ended up getting another tablet running Android 9 (not 5.0.1 on the Tab 3) and the app has installed and works perfectly.
Annoying that the last tablet which used to work stopped.
Added the puddle lights with Area View which worked, find it useful when lining up right next to the kerb at night.
Tried Dynamic Light Assist again, unfortunately get AFS errors so reverted back to High Beam Assist which I don't really use anyway.
Just coded this one in, but popped up with an error ‘brake servo restricted’, followed by some angrily flashing ABS lights. The lights went away after about 30 seconds, and doesn’t seem to be coming back.
For those of you who’ve done this tweak, did you also experience this?
has anyone tried the 'starting vibration reduction'?
Select Control Unit 03 – Brake
Adaptation
Starting Vibration Reduction
Set to Starting Vibration Reduction and Torque Limitation to ‘Deactivated’
Found it on the AutoInstruct site, but curious to hear if it makes any noticeable differences.
Says it stops the automatic braking intervention during wheel hop scenarios.
