Looks like they're 21" Vossen VPS-306 (or copies of them).

I do like the wheels though... reminds me a little bit of Pretorias.

I got lazy and didn't fit them correctly.. but they are a good wheel. Not real sure about the oversized scoops and excess CF though.

I actually like the Tiguan Bullitt more.

Assuming the pic is real, it's still hard to say without a bit more wheel detail. It could also be any number of rep wheels - a lot of Turkish cars seem to run wheels we are not familiar with here or central/western Europe.

Best bet is to search with the familiar brands and buy something solid when you're ready.

What sort of look are you trying to achieve? Some will work best only running low which is often not practical, whereas others suit a more stock height appearance.
