I was quoted a set of Kapstadt rims $2948, apparently the each tyre for the rims were $200 each (sounds a bit to cheap, not sure what brand/model tyres they would be). Might as well go for an R-line if you're going to spend that much money on wheels.

Does anyone have any idea how much the VW 'Auckland' or 'Kapstadt' wheels cost swapped out from the standard high line rims?

Just the model, actually to be correct they're Rotiform IND-T, available in a cheaper cast form or a much more expensive forged three piece.

oh lol...The way the car sits on the rims looks wicked....Anyone thinking of doing something similar or lowering the car?

Do you know what air shocks are/can be used & how does it effect Dynamic Chassis control?

The above car uses "Airroc" suspension. Below is some more info about the car:

I would think that that any changes to aftermarket air setups will all be reliant on the air management system and would render the factory dynamic chassis control useless.. but then again, I've never owned a car with adaptive dampers or DCC before.

I'd be interested to understand how the air suspension setup might work with DCC. I'd never want my car lowered to that point, but having the ability to lower the suspension a little when in sports mode, and of course, raising it for off road use is an interesting prospect, and I know that some Audi's have that as a factory feature. Surely it would be tied in to the DCC system as well.

Also, I watched a review on the Superb 206 last night and it lowers when in sports mode, so I assume this has air suspension as well.
