I have ordered/received my New Tiguan

Hi, new to the forum, but been checking. Back to see what others have got to say on the tiguan! I just got a phone call from the dealer saying that I can pick up the car on Monday. Ordered mine in September and got a email to say it was built in December and shipped first week of Jan. So been 5 weeks since I got the email. Was told it's one of the first in sydney for customers as a 162 highline with all 3 packs in Sydney. Don't know the same of the ship, but hope there's your cars on this shipment too!

I'm the same as you. Ordered 1 week before ALL Tiguans launched. Built in December and Shipped 4th of Jan. All Options on it yet I can only pick mine up on Wednesday next week. 2 days after you [emoji23]

Wife's already said that's the Valentines and 30th birthday present sorted for me this year. I'm not one to complain if it's a new car ☺️. Otherwise sorry to hear about yours. But you never know. Mine has come earlier than expected. Hope yours does too!

Wife's already said that's the Valentines and 30th birthday present sorted for me this year. I'm not one to complain if it's a new car [emoji5]. Otherwise sorry to hear about yours. But you never know. Mine has come earlier than expected. Hope yours does too!

haha, mine said Jan/Feb on it, but when I followed up with the dealer recently they said it would be arriving in the country mid March, likely to be delivered late March/early April. Oh well, not much I can do, just have to wait.

Oh, and when you do get yours, you'll have to let me know how the R-Line is with the sunroof. I'm not the biggest fan of the dark interior (roof lining and pillars) that comes with the R-Line, so I'm hoping that the perforated sunblind in the sunroof will make the car feel a bit lighter and airier.
