Do the headlights on a 2018 Tiguan need to be adjusted after lowering? Mine work fine but for some reason my lane assist didn’t seem to be working tonight. It was actually switched off. But my steering wheel was swapped as well meaning battery was disconnected.

Should not make big change. You can also readjust lights yourself if you find is bit lower than before.
What you mean alter steering wheel swapped? Why you would swap steering wheel if you already have Rline, what was original steering which one is now? Maybe you have wrong HW version of steering buttons on new one .
