Out of the blue the corner of my bonnet near the hinge catches under the black plastic water strip on the bottom of the windscreen, any ideas?
Nothing seems loose and bonnet doesn't appear to have moved.

Problem solved, the plastic panel between the windscreen and engine bay for no good reason popped out of a hidden retaining clip, fixed no charge by VW dealership.
