  • Passenger Speaker Buzzing Issue

Been having this weird issue where the front passenger speaker buzz at a certain frequency of the audio file. As I listen to mostly podcasts, this buzzing noise is quite noticeable.

I took it back to the dealership, they opened the door up and put the speaker on their test rig and put it through its paces and couldn't hear any issues.

What I have noticed is the noise seems to happen more often when it's cold. In the afternoon once the temperature warms up, the buzzing goes away.

Just want to check if anyone here has experienced this problem before, any suggestions?

As an owner of multiple VW's this is considered normal. Annoying but there hasn't been a VW that hasn't had rattles, creaks and buzzing at some point.

You should be able to pop the door plastic off and pad it out with insulation to reduce vibrations

Thank you for your reply Grugly, from what you're saying, you don't think it's a speaker issue? but more of a car door issue?

That's my guess without hearing it. Could try and diagnose at a car audio specialist as well.
