Front passenger seat position/memory

I have recently purchased a 162 Highline with the electronic dash option .

The issue I have is that sometimes , say one time in 10 , is when the car is parked and locked, upon returning the front passengers seat has travelled to the full forward and full up position !!

I am talking about the front PASSENGERS seat , so shouldn't be programmed into the key fob as a driver preference , and it doesn't always happen !!

Any-one know of this problem ??

Sounds like a faulty switch perhaps??

But interesting that it only happens when parked.

If it’s under warranty take it to the dealer.

I had always assumed that the passenger seat would also change settings depending on the driver profile. I learnt something new

Either a faulty switch or a coding error, should be easily fixed by the dealer or a decent auto elec

Ours has never moved from what wife has it set at regardless of which key I use
